Update from Aunt Whit

Our sweet Roman has gained 3 oz and now weighs 1 lb 11 oz. He is doing Awesome praise the Lord!!! Kacey's cervix is holding up and both sacs are still in tact. She will stay in the hospital and will be monitored every 3 or 4 days by sonogram and being monitored twice a day for contractions. Stay on your knees, the Lord is at work!
Psalms 139:14-16 "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made, your works are wonderful, I that know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be."

  4. Ok, so I was sent to your blog through another follower. I will not say I know your pain because EVERY situation is different, but I JUST went through something similar. On May 30,2010-36 weeks with identical twin boys we went to the hospital in labor. We left 5 days later UNEXPECTEDLY with one perfect little boy. Our faith in Jesus Christ is the only thing that gets me through each day. Let yourself mourn the loss but try hard to rejoice in the life you have still growing inside. Remember to cling to "God will give us only what we can handle." He is in control. The pain with continue to hurt but I read this the other day and think it would be good for you too. "Lord help me see how you are using me. Some things in my life I can't understand and I know it's about your glory. May we continue to follow your will and not ours."

  5. Sweet Kacey. It was so great to hug you on Friday!! It's so amazing to see Christ's light shine in you. We prayed for you at my parents' small group on Sunday. Powerful prayers are being lifted up for you and Dustin, and especially for little Roman.
