Happy "Birth" Day Roman!!

Today is Roman and Kaiya's Actual Due Date! I can't believe how big he is!!! I weighed 8 lbs 11 oz when I was born and Dustin weighed 8 lbs 9 oz when he was born. Today Roman weighs 8 lbs 10 oz!!!!! Right in between what we weighed! He's come a long way from 3 lbs!! I can't imagine him this size being in my belly.

Happy "Birth" day sweet baby boy! You've made me the happiest person in the world! Here's some of his homeade birthday portraits :) Since we're not leaving the house, I've had fun dressing him up in his clothes everyday and texting friends and family pics!

This is Dustin holding him at the Dr's office. Look at what a chunk he is!! The Dr. couldn't believe what so after the nurse weighed him, she weighed him again! She said he looks great!! You can see the necklace Dustin wears everyday in this picture. It has Roman Choice engraved on it. He got it when we thought we were having twin boys and he had another charm on it that read Kason Gray. Now he wears Romans necklace and a ring that has one set of "footprints" on it for Kaiya.

He was Daddy'ed out today in gear!

Here is his model stance! He does all these on his own I swear! I plan on taking one picture then he starts doing different poses and makes it where I have to keep grabbing my camera!

We started "tummy time" today and I thought he wouldn't like it...but HE LOVED IT!! He loved looking at himself in the mirror and grabbing it. He never cried! I let him do it for about 20 minutes before picking him up.

Before and After

Roman's Actual Due Date is this Thursday Nov. 18th. Its hard to think that he would still be in my belly for 4 more days! At his Dr's appt last week he weighed 8 lbs 3 oz!! He's going to be a 9 lb baby when his due date arrives!



I wanted to share his pictures that were 1st taken of my sweet boy in the hospital. I never shared these before...and they are pretty shocking. Even though I've seen them and went through it with him, looking back at them makes me speechless, and I know the only way I was able to get through this was because of your prayers!!! I also know that the only reason Roman is as healthy as he is today is because of your prayers!!! I can't think you enough and neither can he! Enjoy the pics, and see for yourself how AMAZING PRAYER IS! The song playing is the one Dustin heard soon after Kaiya died while he was at the gym. This song played in our minds until Roman was born and after the whole time he was in the NICU.
