I see the countless Christmas trees around the world below
With tiny lights, like Heaven's stars, reflecting on the snow
The sight is so spectacular, please wip away that tear;
For I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year
I hear the many Christmas songs that people hold so dear
But the sounds of music can't compare with the Christmas choir up here
I have no words to tell you the joy their voices bring
For it is beyond description to hear the angels sing
I know how much you miss me, I see the pain inside your heart
But I am not so far away, we really aren't apart
I cannot tell you of the splendor or the peace inside this place
Can you imagine Christmas with our Savior, face to face
Have a Merry Christmas Mommy and wipe away that tear
Remember, I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year
Love,
Angel Kaiya Faith
Roman- There's a guardian angel who watches you from above, who sees eternal glory reflected from God's face, and sends into your little heart a beam of love and grace.

I took this on my Broken Bow trip in the summer. I was on the lake and my friends were talking about Kaiya and asking what a Kaiya Sky was. As I was explaining we looked up and saw this heart!

Let me just say, I cannot BELIEVE how big Roman is and how fast this is going by!!! The first picture you'll see were a mere 3-4 months ago and by the end you won't believe the "little boy" he has become! He is walking and talking like crazy and repeats any word I say. His vocabulary is 20+ words! He has 6 teeth :) He is the funnest, funniest, sweetest little boy ever!

These next series of pictures we took at his 1st trip to Olive Garden where he also had his first taste of bread! Can't beat Olive Garden breadsticks! He was in a different world zoned out while eating them :)

I love this look he does!

Ok, Ok, Ok, these next pictures we were going to Roman's friend Haydens' western birthday party. Dustin hates these wrangler diaper covers but I figured this is probably the only year I can get away with doing this! Isn't he so cute?!

A baby holds in its tiny hand a message from above, God's promise for a better world, a world of hope and love.

He loves his glow worm. Didn't you love yours?!

This is my favorite expression of his!

Here is is saying "Keep looking up, that's where it all is!"

About a month ago I was singing at church and Dustin was home getting Roman ready to come to church. He sat him in his highchair and forgot to make sure it was locked. He turned his back to throw something away and heard a bang on the floor. His heart dropped and he turned around and Roman had fallen face first onto the kitchen floor from his highchair. He called 911 and when the paramedics got there they said they thought he was ok, but we may want to take him to the hospital for a cat scan to make sure there was no internal bleeding of concussion. Dustin called me and I said Yes take him to cooks! Thank God the catscan was clear. He still even has a little dent in his head where he hit it and I hope it goes away.
This picture was taken at Cooks. He's such a trooper!

Poor baby with big ole' knot!

Sweet Grady! I get to watch him twice a week in December and am LOVING it!

Here he has a look like "I know I'm cute!"

Halloween
This Halloween was so much fun! My mom and dad decorated their trailor and hooked it up to their truck and we went trickor treating in it! Roman was a "Baby Ducky"!

My beautiful nieces on Thanksgiving

Pre Christmas
This Christmas we made a "Kaiya Tree" and put all of her ornaments, or ornaments family and friends have given us in her honor on it. The majority of them are Angel trees. Here is Roman hanging his 1st ornament on his twin sisters tree ;)

Roman and Daddy by our big tree! All smiles!

He says "Balls" anytime he sees one!

Elijah

My sisters and I took our kids to get pictures with Santa early this year. They got to bake cookies with him! They were taken at Southern Flair in Arlington on Park Row. They did an awesome job and had an awesome Santa!

"I want more drumsticks for Christmas Santa!"

Roman and Grady

Elijah telling Santa what Aydia wants because she is too shy :)

The babies weren't a fan here!

Landon Day with Day Dream Photography goes to my church and takes awesome sunset pictures. He took some pictures of Roman too since we hadn't got any done since he had turned 1 year. I have always wanted an awesome picture of the sunset with the 3 of us in it, so it would be a true Family portrait, because Kaiya would be with us. I coulndn't have asked for a better Kaiya Sky that night, or a better picture! Breathtaking! I ordered a 20by30 and am going to hang it above my fireplace as our family portrait!

Me and my miracle

Our miracle

I can get lost in his eyes looking at this picture.

Leslie Salas took this. She called and said she was on her way to work and saw the beautiful sky and thought of Kaiya. She stopped her car and got out on the side of the road and took this picture. When she got back to her office and looked at the picture she couldn't believe what showed up in them! She immediatly called me to tell me to check the picture out. I know God place Kaiya on her heart that day, so she could in turn give me a bit of piece.

Sleep in Heavenly Peace Kaiya Faith, Sleep in Heavenly Peace!
